The acid-etched finish on the S45vn blade feels super smooth and gives it a rugged look that matches the textured grip perfectly. The elk antler and mosaic pins add a nice custom touch without feeling overbuilt.

The copper pin striping really pops against the black G10, and the acid-etched S45vn blade is holding its edge like a champ. Leather sheath fits perfectly right out of the box, no breaking in needed.

The elk antler handle on this one has a warm, grippy feel that I wasn't expecting from a knife this size, and the acid etch gives the blade a nice matte look. It came shaving sharp out of the box and the leather sheath holds it snug.
