Took this out on a weekend camping trip and the carbon blade held its edge through a full afternoon of whittling and food prep. The textured grip stays locked in even with wet hands, and the Cerakote finish hasn't shown a scratch yet. Only gripe is the sheath, but the knife itself is rock solid.
